The following precautions should be taken when handling high-temperature and low-temperature dust collectors:
Choose appropriate filtering materials: High temperature dust requires the use of materials that can withstand high temperatures, such as ceramics, refractory fibers, etc; Low temperature dust requires the use of anti-static materials, such as polyester, acrylic, etc.
Adjusting wind speed: When removing high-temperature dust, it is necessary to ensure that the temperature is below the tolerance range of the material, and at the same time, the dust cannot stay on the surface of the filter material for too long. Therefore, the wind speed should be appropriately increased; Low temperature dust needs to ensure that the wind speed is not too high, otherwise it will cause the dust to be dispersed.
Cleaning and maintenance: High temperature dust will accumulate a large amount of dust on the surface of the filter material, and it is necessary to regularly clean the dust collector; Low temperature dust requires regular replacement of filter bags to prevent excessive dust accumulation from affecting the dust removal effect.
Humidity control: High temperature dust is prone to adhere to the surface of filter materials due to excessive humidity, which affects the dust removal effect. Therefore, it is necessary to control indoor humidity; Low temperature dust needs to ensure moderate indoor humidity to avoid static electricity causing fires.
