Single machine pulse jet cleaning bag dust collectors are generally used in places with relatively small processing air volume (about several thousand cubic meters of air volume per hour), or where space is limited and there is not enough space to replace the bag cage. Single machine dust removal equipment only has one room for online cleaning. The pulse jet dust collector with an air box has a compact structure and high cost-effectiveness. It only has 1-2 pulse valves, and its cleaning ability is limited. Therefore, the length of its filter bag is generally designed to be around 2.5m. It can be suitable for handling air volumes ranging from several thousand cubic meters to several hundred thousand cubic meters per hour.
According to the different cleaning methods, bag dust collectors generally have several forms: single machine pulse jet cleaning, air box pulse cleaning, reverse blowing air cleaning, and large bag pulse cleaning. According to whether the filter bag is processing dusty gases while cleaning, there are two types of dust collectors: online dust collectors and offline dust collectors. These types of bag filters are currently widely used, but they are generally selected according to different operating conditions in different usage sites.
Nowadays, the shell of a single dust collector is generally designed with steel plates of about 3-6m, and the shell is made of welded parts. Welding deformation must be considered during design, manufacturing, and installation; The welding between the special flower board and the shell will inevitably cause the flower board to deform if the thermal stress generated by the welding exceeds the rigidity of the shell. Therefore, in the design, it is necessary to consider increasing the rigidity of the shell; At the same time, flower boards are often designed with folded edges, and inert gas shielded welding is used during welding to reduce welding thermal stress, thereby ensuring the flatness of the shell of the dust collector and the flower board. Only when installing the filter bag and bag cage can they be kept straight down and not interfere with each other; Provide sufficient lifespan for the dust collector.
At various discharge and dust collection points in the cement plant, such as the feeding point of the belt conveyor, two compact bag dust collectors are commonly used: single machine pulse injection and air box pulse. When selecting dust collectors for these places, it is important to note that the amount of dust raised is not only related to the amount of material being transported, but also to the dust content in the material. The more dust content in the material, the drier it is, and the greater the processing capacity of the dust collector is required. The effectiveness of dust collection is also related to the cutting material. When the height difference is large, consider designing buffer plates, guide plates, etc. to reduce dust, and at the same time, the sealing effect of the guide groove should be good and have sufficient length, so that the gas in the dust collection queue is mainly dust rather than clean atmosphere. For situations where a bag filter is used to collect dust from multiple collection points simultaneously; It is necessary to consider the issue of balance in the filtration pipeline. The resistance generated by gas passing through the pipeline is related to the diameter, length, and shape of the pipeline. It is necessary to ensure that there is sufficient air volume and pressure at each dust collection point to achieve the ideal dust collection effect.
