How should we use the bag filter correctly? The normal operation of the bag filter can be guaranteed from the following four aspects:
- During operation, attention should be paid to the changes in easily worn parts such as the inner wall of the outer cylinder. Pay attention to the adhesion, blockage, and corrosion of dust when the temperature of dusty gas changes or the humidity decreases. Pay attention to changes in pressure difference and the condition of discharged smoke color. Because wear and corrosion can cause perforation of the dust collector and lead to dust emissions, the dust removal efficiency decreases, the exhaust smoke color deteriorates, and the pressure difference changes. Pay attention to the airtightness of various parts of the dust collector, and check the changes in the gas flow rate and dust concentration of the cyclone.
- Before starting, each connection should be checked for secure connections. Check the airtightness of dust and smoke, dust collector and ash hopper, ash hopper and ash discharge device, and ash conveying device to eliminate air and ash leakage. Close the small baffle valve, start the fan, and gradually open the plug-in valve without any abnormalities, allowing the dust collector to pass through a certain amount of dusty gas.
- After operation, in order to prevent dust adhesion and corrosion, the bag filter should continue to operate for a period of time until the inside of the filter is completely replaced by clean air before stopping operation. Eliminate dust from connecting the inner cylinder, outer cylinder, and blades. Repair perforation caused by wear and corrosion. Check the airtightness of each part and replace the sealing components when necessary.
- The use of the bag filter fan should be carried out according to the provisions of the user manual for routine maintenance and upkeep of the fan.
