Secondly, spray coating treatment for dust removal framework: the usage conditions of this treatment method are equivalent to galvanizing treatment; It is also a surface treatment method that is about to replace galvanization treatment, because galvanization treatment is very serious for water pollution and air pollution to a large extent. Even if it is used in sewage treatment equipment, it is still recommended to use it as little as possible. This is a method that we recommend to use when the customer does not strongly demand it and the on-site working conditions allow it;
Thirdly, the organic silicon high-temperature spray dust removal framework is currently the most cost-effective and adaptable surface treatment method to harsh environments.
In terms of cost, spraying one meter of dust removal framework is twice as much as galvanizing treatment and spraying plastic treatment, but it can adapt to on-site flue gas temperatures above 300 ℃ and has excellent corrosion resistance characteristics.
