In order to ensure the normal operation and safe production of the bag filter, a series of measures need to be taken to control its working temperature. Here are some commonly used methods:
Installation of temperature sensors: Install temperature sensors at the inlet and outlet or key parts of the bag filter to monitor temperature changes in real time. Once the set value is exceeded, immediate measures will be taken.
Cooling system: Install cooling devices inside the dust collector, such as water spray cooling or cold air blowing into the device, to reduce the temperature of the flue gas. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure the normal operation of the cooling system and conduct regular inspections and maintenance.
Control process flow: Optimize the process flow of the wood factory to reduce the generation of high-temperature exhaust gas. For example, arrange the drying, hot pressing and other process flows reasonably to avoid prolonged high-temperature operations.
Filter material selection: Select filter materials with higher temperature resistance according to actual working conditions to ensure good filtration performance can still be maintained in high temperature environments.
Fire prevention measures: Set up fire isolation belts around the bag filter, install fire extinguishing equipment, and conduct regular fire drills to improve the safety awareness and fire response ability of employees.
