Corrosion resistance: Coke oven gas may contain some corrosive substances, and dust removal filter bags need to have certain corrosion resistance to ensure long-term stable service life.
Wear resistance: The particles in coke oven gas are large and concentrated, and the dust removal filter bag needs to have strong wear resistance to prevent premature wear of the filter bag and performance degradation.
Commonly used dust removal filter materials include polyester fiber, polypropylene fiber, glass fiber, etc. These filter materials have good filtration efficiency and temperature resistance, and are suitable for dust removal applications in coking plants.
