Bag dust collector: It is a commonly used dust removal equipment that adsorbs dust onto the surface of the filter bag after being charged, and uses a pulse cleaning system to clean the surface of the filter bag to achieve dust removal effect. There are two types of commonly used bag filters in cement plants: reverse blowing and pulse spraying.
Electrostatic precipitator: By charging the gas, an electric field is formed between the electrodes, and the electric field force is used to collect the dust on the collection plate to achieve dust removal.
Cyclone dust collector: By using gas rotation to separate dust and gas, it is not as efficient as a bag filter in dust removal, but it has the advantages of simple structure and low cost, and is commonly used for collecting large particles.
Wet dust collector: Using water and chemical reagents to wash, settle, and adsorb dust in the airflow, achieving dust removal effect. However, due to the problems of wastewater treatment in wet dust collectors, their application in cement plants is relatively limited.
