The dust control plan for mechanical factories can be divided into the following aspects:
Reduce the source of dust generation: Reduce the generation of dust by optimizing production processes and improving equipment operation status.
Aerodynamic design: By incorporating aerodynamic design into mechanical equipment, reasonable design can minimize the generation of dust.
Establish a dust collection system: Collect the generated dust to prevent it from spreading to the surrounding environment, and recycle it to reduce resource waste.
Dust removal equipment selection: Select dust removal equipment suitable for the mechanical factory, such as bag filters, electrostatic precipitators, etc., and select corresponding dust removal filter materials based on the nature of the dust generated by the mechanical factory.
Regular maintenance: The dust removal equipment needs to undergo regular maintenance, including replacing the dust removal filter bag, cleaning the inside of the equipment, replacing the electric dust collector, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the dust removal equipment.
Employee training: Train employees on the rational use of equipment, prevention of dust leakage, and other related knowledge to enhance their safety and responsibility awareness.
