Because the high moisture content in the flue gas will inevitably lead to certain problems, especially in the case of bag blockage, which will definitely affect the use of bag filters. We still need to deal with the moisture problem of pulse bag filters in a timely manner, so how can we solve these problems?
- Low filtration wind speed: High filtration wind speed will force small lime dust into the internal winding micropores, blocking them. If the anti blowing effect is not good, it will stay in the bag for a long time, forming adhesive to block the filter holes. The use of low filtering wind speed can avoid the above drawbacks.
- Sufficient backflushing pressure: By backflushing, the lime dust entering the filter material can be completely removed, and sufficient pressure is beneficial for removing dust from the filter material.
- Use dust removal bags with caution: Use smooth dust removal bags that are not easy to stick to the lake, such as smooth polyester filter material 729, needle punched felt dust removal bags, etc.
- Shorter cleaning cycle: A shorter cleaning cycle is beneficial for timely removal of lime dust on the surface of the cloth bag, reducing the possibility of adhesion.
- The lime powder bag filter is equipped with a bypass pipeline: when the air is relatively humid, the dusty air entering the dust removal system is prone to condensation. To prevent moisture from entering the bonded filter material of the bag filter, a bypass pipeline should be installed. At this point, bag filters can be avoided, and dusty air can only be discharged into the atmosphere through the cyclone separator.
