1、 The filtration accuracy of filter cartridge dust collector and bag dust collector is different
2、 The filtering materials used in filter cartridge dust collectors and bag dust collectors are different
3、 The application and protection costs of filter cartridge dust collectors and bag dust collectors are different
In terms of equipment cost, the cost of a typical filter cartridge dust collector is about 30-50% higher than that of a typical bag filter. This is mainly due to:
1. The cost of a filter cartridge dust collector is much higher than that of a bag filter;
2. Generally, a filter cartridge dust collector is equipped with an electromagnetic valve for each filter cartridge, while a bag dust collector is usually equipped with an electromagnetic valve in one row or row. The electromagnetic valve and control cost of the filter cartridge dust collector will be relatively high;
3. The general filter cartridge dust collector is applied in high-precision filtration situations. Due to its small volume, it is generally manufactured using processes such as cold rolled steel plate laser cutting, welding, fine polishing, acid pickling and phosphating, electrostatic spraying, and high-temperature baking. The product has high requirements for appearance and durability, and although the volume is reduced, the sheet metal cost is also not low.
4、 The volume size of filter cartridge dust collector and bag dust collector is also different
If under the same filtering area conditions, the filter cartridge dust collector is at least one-third smaller than the bag dust collector, the root cause is that the filtering area difference between a single scale bag and filter cartridge is relatively large. For example, when comparing a set of 169 m2 bag dust collector components with a filtering area of 169 m2 and a filter cartridge dust collector with a filtering area of 180 m2, the length and width scale bag dust collector is twice as large, and the height scale is also twice as large.
