Dust removal bags can be divided into two types according to the filtration method: internal filtration and external filtration.
Internal filtration refers to the process of filtering in a bag filter. The inside of the bag is the filtering area, and dust is deposited on the inner wall of the bag. Through the pressure difference control system on the surface of the filter bag, it is used for back blowing and cleaning. The advantages of internal filtration are small volume, compact structure, and suitable for small spaces. However, due to the relatively small filtration area, the dust removal bag after cleaning is more prone to blockage.
External filtration refers to the process of filtering in a bag filter, where the outside of the bag is the filtering area, and dust is deposited on the outer wall of the bag. Through the pressure difference control system on the surface of the filter bag, back blowing is carried out to clean the dust. The advantage of external filtration is that it has a large filtering area and the dust removal bag after cleaning is not easily blocked. It is suitable for places with high air volume, high wind speed, and high dust load. However, due to its large volume and relatively loose structure, its applicability is relatively limited.
