The principle of activated carbon adsorption box adsorbing waste gas is that when the waste gas is powered by the fan, negative pressure enters the adsorption box and enters the activated carbon adsorption layer. Due to the presence of unbalanced and unsaturated molecular attraction or chemical bonding forces on the surface of activated carbon adsorbents, when the surface of activated carbon adsorbents comes into contact with gas, it can attract gas molecules, concentrate and retain them on the surface of activated carbon. This phenomenon is called adsorption. By utilizing the adsorption capacity of the surface of the activated carbon adsorbent, the exhaust gas comes into contact with the porous activated carbon adsorbent with a large surface area, and the pollutants in the exhaust gas are adsorbed on the surface of the activated carbon.
Activated carbon has a large surface area, with capillary pores in the carbon particles and strong adsorption capacity. Due to the large surface area of carbon, when these impurities rich exhaust gases enter the adsorption chamber, they enter the activated carbon adsorption layer. Due to the surface imbalance, unsaturated molecular attraction or chemical bonding force of activated carbon adsorbents, when the surface of activated carbon adsorbents comes into contact with gas, it will attract gas molecules, causing them to aggregate and stay on the surface of activated carbon. This phenomenon is called adsorption.
