Blockage failure mainly includes three types: dust blockage, oil mist blockage, and condensation and paste bag.
1. Dust blockage
During the filtration process, fine dust can enter the fiber interlayer of the filter bag; But it is impossible to blow all the dust that has invaded the inside of the filter bag out of the outside of the filter bag during ash cleaning, so after years of operation, the residual resistance of the filter bag will continue to increase. In addition, prolonged dust removal by the dust collector at low loads can also lead to this problem.
2. Oil mist blockage
Oil mist blockage is mainly caused by the lack of protective measures or inadequate protective measures for the filter bag during equipment startup or low load operation to support combustion. This can also lead to an increase in residual resistance of the filter bag, even if strong ash cleaning is difficult to solve this problem.
3. Dew paste bag
Dewing refers to the phenomenon of saturated water precipitation from moist gases at a certain pressure and temperature. The temperature point at which water is released is called the dew point.
The condensation and paste bag mainly operates when the dust collector is below the acid dew point; The condensed acid adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, which is mainly caused by the low temperature during equipment startup or operation. When there is a large area of tube explosion in the equipment, condensation and bag formation can also occur. Whether it is acid condensation or normal condensation, it can lead to an increase in the inherent resistance of the filter bag.
