The pulse bag filter in the mixing plant is an important equipment widely used for dust control in the mixing plant. This article will provide a detailed introduction to the components of the pulse bag filter in the mixing plant, helping readers understand its structure and working principle.
1、 Components
Shell: The shell of the pulse bag filter in the mixing station is its main structure, which plays a role in protecting the internal mechanism. The shell includes parts such as air inlet, air outlet, and ash hopper, which can effectively collect and discharge dust.
Pulse valve: Pulse valve is one of the important components of the pulse bag filter in the mixing station, mainly used to control the injection of compressed air. Pulse valves have the characteristics of rapid opening and closing, reliable operation, etc., which can ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
Bag: Bag is the core component of the pulse bag dust collector in the mixing station, used for filtering dust. The cloth bag is made of high-temperature resistant, corrosion-resistant, and high-strength materials, which can adapt to various harsh environments, ensure filtration efficiency, and extend service life.
Bracket: The bracket is used to support the cloth bag and can be easily installed and replaced. The bracket structure is stable and can ensure the normal operation of the dust collector.
Ash hopper: The ash hopper can collect and discharge falling dust, and a well-designed ash hopper can facilitate cleaning and transportation. The ash hopper is also equipped with an ash discharge valve, which can achieve automatic ash discharge.
Control device: The control device is the control system of the pulse bag filter in the mixing station, which can achieve automatic control and monitoring. The control device includes pressure sensors, temperature sensors, control cabinets, and other parts, which can monitor the operation status of the dust collector in real time to ensure its normal operation.
2、 Working principle
The working principle of the pulse bag filter in the mixing station is to use bag filtration to remove dust. Dust containing gas enters the shell through the air inlet, is evenly distributed through the guide plate, and then enters the filter bag. Inside the filter bag, dust is trapped on the surface of the filter cloth, and clean gas is discharged through the filter cloth. As time goes by, the dust on the surface of the filter bag accumulates more and more, and the pressure difference gradually increases. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the pulse valve opens, and compressed air is sprayed into the filter bag from the nozzle, blowing the dust off. The falling dust is collected in an ash hopper and ultimately discharged.
