There are various reasons for the dust removal bag to become sticky, and the following are some possible reasons:
Inappropriate filter bag materials: The selection of filter bag materials should be based on factors such as smoke characteristics, temperature, humidity, etc. If not selected properly, it is easy to cause bag sticking problems.
Smoke contains viscous substances: Smoke contains viscous substances such as oils, colloids, etc., which can adhere to the surface of filter bags, causing them to become gelatinous.
The smoke contains high-temperature particulate matter: When high-temperature particulate matter adheres to the surface of the filter bag, it will cause the surface temperature of the filter bag to rise, leading to the gelatinization of the filter bag.
Incomplete cleaning of filter bags: Incomplete cleaning of filter bags can lead to excessive dust on the surface area of the filter bags, thereby affecting their breathability and causing them to become gelatinous.
Long service life of filter bags: If the service life of filter bags is too long, it will lead to too much ash on the surface area of the filter bags, which will affect the breathability of the filter bags and cause them to become gelatinized.
Dewing adhesive bag: When the operating temperature of the dust removal bag is below the acid dew point temperature of 25K, water will mix with dust and form adhesive bags on the surface of the dust removal bag.
Adhesive adhesive bag: Dust has a high viscosity (such as sugar, starch, etc.), which strongly adheres to the surface of the cloth bag and is difficult to clean.
Structural adhesive bag: This is caused by structural issues with the dust collector or improper operation of the dust collector.
In response to the above situation, the following measures can be taken:
Choose the appropriate filter bag material: Select the appropriate filter bag material based on factors such as the characteristics of the flue gas, temperature, humidity, etc.
Control viscous substances and high-temperature particles in flue gas: Pre treat the flue gas to remove viscous substances and high-temperature particles.
Strengthen the cleaning of filter bags: Regularly clean the filter bags to ensure thorough cleaning.
Regularly replace filter bags: replace filter bags with long service life in a timely manner.
Control operating temperature: Ensure that the operating temperature of the dust removal bag is above the acid dew point temperature by 25K.
Optimize the structure of the dust collector: Optimize the structure of the dust collector to avoid the generation of structural sticky bags.
Standardized operation: Strictly follow the operating procedures to avoid bag sticking problems caused by improper operation.
