There are usually several types of materials for boiler dust removal bags:
- Polyester needle punched felt dust removal bag: suitable for dust removal under general working conditions, mainly characterized by low resistance, wear resistance, high strength, but poor temperature and chemical properties.
- Acrylic needle felt dust removal bag: suitable for dust removal under low temperature conditions, mainly characterized by low resistance, good chemical stability, but poor wear resistance.
- Polyester needle felt dust removal cloth bag: suitable for dust removal under general temperature conditions, mainly characterized by high strength, wear resistance, and stable chemical properties, but the tensile strength decreases when the temperature is low.
- PPS needle felt dust removal cloth bag: suitable for dust removal in high temperature and acid alkali environments, mainly characterized by good high-temperature stability and resistance to acid alkali corrosion, but at a higher price.
- P84 needle punched felt dust removal bag: suitable for dust removal in high temperature and corrosive environments, mainly characterized by good high-temperature stability, good chemical resistance, low resistance, but high price.
- Glass fiber needle punched felt dust removal cloth bag: suitable for dust removal in high temperature and chemical corrosive environments, mainly characterized by good high-temperature stability, chemical stability, high strength, but high price.
