The working principle of a bag filter mainly includes two processes: filtration and dust removal.
Filtering process:
The filtration process of a bag filter mainly relies on the filter bag. The filter bag is made of fiber materials, such as polyester fiber, polypropylene, etc., which have good filtration performance and long service life. When dusty gas passes through the filter bag, dust particles are blocked on the surface of the filter bag, and clean gas enters the upper box through the filter bag. During this process, the filter bag acts as a barrier, effectively separating dust from clean gases.
Dust cleaning process:
When the dust on the surface of the filter bag accumulates to a certain extent, the bag filter needs to perform a cleaning operation. The dust removal process mainly relies on a pulse back blowing device. The pulse blowback device consists of a pulse valve, a nozzle, a gas pipe, etc. When the control system detects that the resistance of the filter bag reaches the set value, it will trigger the pulse valve, causing the nozzle to spray gas into the filter bag, forming a backflow airflow. The back blowing airflow causes the filter bag to vibrate, thereby removing the dust accumulated on the surface of the filter bag. After dust removal, the filter bag regains its filtering ability and continues to filter the dusty gas.
