Specifically, the workflow of a pulse bag filter is as follows:
Dust containing gas enters the shell of the dust collector and is filtered by a cloth bag. The dust is trapped on the surface of the cloth bag.
Clean gas flows out from the inside of the cloth bag and is discharged through a fan.
When the dust on the surface of the cloth bag accumulates to a certain amount, the pulse valve works and sprays compressed air into the cloth bag, causing it to instantly expand and thus remove the dust on the surface of the cloth bag.
Dust falls into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, and the dust in the ash hopper is regularly cleaned.
